I have not really paid much attention to the language even though I have watched Korean dramas for a decade or so. I prefer Mandarin but this phrase always stuck me. I started learning Korean a few months ago and came across this phrase again in a song from Our Beloved Summer OST.

It means ‘ I will wait’
