I am always a fan of quid pro quo. Nothing should be free. I scratch your back and you scratch mine.
There are a few rules

1. Limited to Chinese novels but might add Japanese novels in the future
2. Limited to 2000 characters max
3. Modern-day story. Historical stories are hard to translate. Especially the ones with royal titles
4. No adult content or smut

That should be all I will add more later.
